In 1995, Lois and Barry Dutton founded Duttons & Co with a staff of three. They soon became known as a local success story by delivering a brand of service based on integrity, dedication and exceptional results. In 2008 Lois achieved the milestone of 20 consecutive years of MLS® Gold Awards, and for her superb service and sales record was awarded the Outstanding Achievement Award from the Victoria Real Estate Board (VREB). Lois and Barry’s client-first attitude recalls the days when businesses simply said, “Our word is our bond”. At Duttons this philosophy has been ingrained and will always remain.

In April 2012, David Logan and Ole Schmidt became the new owners of Duttons & Co. Having worked closely with Lois and Barry since 2007, they are passionate about maintaining the Duttons trademark professionalism and authentic service as well as preserving the core values of the company. They look forward to providing continuity for clients, staff and the community.

Today Duttons is a team of 15 professionals with a growing Property Management portfolio of over $200 million in real estate and a Sales Team that continually earns awards and recognition from the VREB. The company is currently deepening its roots and planning for the future, while continuing to provide clients a premium level of service that has become its trademark. Duttons is also proud to be a long-standing member of the Better Business Bureau and the Victoria Chamber of Commerce.
